At Cotton Culture, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and proof of purchase when submitting your request.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged and sent to the return address provided by our support team.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to a Pakistani bank account only.
  • You will be required to provide:
  • Account Title
  • Bank Account Number
  • IBAN
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Approved Returns

If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the return request may be declined.

In such cases, the product can be shipped back to you after payment of the applicable delivery charges.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, Cotton Culture does not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, design, or product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with the above policy and place a new order separately.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before processing and dispatch begin.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Cancellation by Cotton Culture

Cotton Culture reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues, including declined transactions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Important Notice

If an order is refused at the time of delivery, Cotton Culture is not liable for refunds, compensation, or reimbursement of shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Helpful Tip

Before opening your package, we recommend taking clear photographs of:

  • The outer packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Invoice included with the order

This helps us investigate and resolve any shipping-related issues more efficiently.
